The location of this hotel is ideal, only a few steps away from the beach with breathtaking sea and lake views. the room is spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. the staff is polite and accommodating, and the breakfast is tasty and satisfying. the beach in front of the hotel is well-maintained and clean, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Sadly, the restaurant service was not up to par with the overall quality of the hotel.

Our recent stay at Gardenia Beach Palace Aparthotel was fantastic! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had modern furnishings, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the stunning bathroom, with its beautiful design. The apartment also had a great balcony with excellent sea views. The complex itself was well-maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the secure parking option was reasonably priced and convenient, ensuring we had a parking space throughout our stay.

This hotel is just on the beach, offering stunning sunrise and sunset views. The spacious accommodation is beautifully furnished with attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were satisfactory. The rooms were cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Our Xmas holiday was pretty good. the complementary hot chocolate and cookies at the lobby were a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in front of the beach and close to shops and buses. the sea view from our room was gorgeous.

We had some issues with cleanliness, the bathroom was not well-stocked with toilet paper and shower gel. the kitchen also seemed neglected, with dirty wall boards.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel by the beach. The apartments were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with lovely furniture and amazing sea views. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter's food allergies, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious international and Bulgarian cuisine. I also loved the fact that the hotel had two-bedroom rooms, perfect for two families to stay together. the attention to detail and the amazing location right on the beach made my stay here truly memorable.
